Do you rent per day or per 24 hours?
We rent per day (rental day). 1 rental day means from 08:00 in the morning until 07:45 the next morning. It is also possible to pick up the car the night before (between 16:00 - 17:30). -
Until what time can I return a rented car?
You can return the car 24 hours a day at our branches. At each branch there is a key safe where the key can be deposited. The employees of the branches will also show you this. Would you rather return the car during office hours? Then you must return the car between 07:45 and 17:30. -
Do I have to return the car with a full tank of fuel if I have only driven a few km?
You will receive the car with a full tank and you must return the car with a full tank. We may ask you to hand over a fuel receipt. -
Can I add an additional driver to the reservation?
Additional drivers are allowed provided that the driver is at least 21 years old and has held a valid Dutch driver's license for at least 1 year. The renter remains responsible for the rented vehicle at all times. -
How old do I have to be to rent a car?
To rent a car you must be at least 21 years old and have held a valid Dutch driving license for at least 1 year. -
Unfortunately I have to cancel the car. Are there costs involved?
You can cancel a car completely free of charge at Autop!

Help! I've caused damage.
The driver/renter can contact the telephone number stated on the green card in the rental car. -
Help! I'm out of luck.
